Should you need to return your merchandise, please call 916-482-7529 to receive a Return Authorization Code (RA#) in order to expedite your return and ensure proper credit to your account.
With the exception of the products listed below, all items are returnable within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund and some items may require a nominal restocking fee not to exceed 10% of purchase price. Refunds are issued one week after receipt of merchandise.
In the event of damaged merchandise or shipping error, a full refund including shipping charges, or an exchange, will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. Call tags are issued to the original shipping address.
Due to size, weight or adjustment periods, some items have specific return policies as shown below.
All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. Merchandise we receive damaged may be non returnable or be assessed up to a 25% restocking fee.All special orders will receive a 25% restocking fee. We will let you know if a product is a custom order.
Mattresses:
Tempur-Pedic® fully warranties the return of their mattresses for a full 90 days after date of purchase. Due to the natural adjustment period, we request that you keep your new Tempur-Pedic® mattress for a full 60 days prior to requesting a return. For questions about set-up or the adjustment period, please contact 916-482-7529. If at the end of the adjustment period, you wish to return the mattress, we will arrange for a pick-up upon issuing a Return Authorization Code. Please note that it takes a minimum of 21 business days following your request for refund before pick up of the mattress. Upon pick up of the mattress, your purchase price will be fully refunded with the exclusion of the manufacturer's retrieval charge of $199.00.
Adjustable Bed Frames and Bases:
Due to shipping and delivery cost considerations, adjustable bed frames, non-adjustable and adjustable (electric) bases are non-returnable.
Bedding:
Due to health code limiting the resale of bedding items, pillows, mattress overlays, sheets, bed wedges, pillow covers and mattress protectors are non-returnable.
Personal Items:
Personal accessories such as Neck Supports, Handheld massagers, Feet supports, Ice packs, Heat packs and pads are non-returnable.
Miscellaneous
Clearance/Sale items are final sale. Opened DVDs, Videos, CDs and Books may not be returned.
Return Instructions
Please return your original invoice. Make a copy for your records. If you lost your invoice, email us at customerservice@ultimateback.com for a copy of your invoice.
Please pack your products so they do not get scratched or damaged during shipping. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. Merchandise received damaged may be non returnable or be assessed up to a 25% restocking fee. If you need boxes, please go to your nearest box store and purchase a box size that fits your product.
