That is why we created the Love it or Leave it Guarantee, so that you never have to worry about making the wrong decision!

Mattresses

Any mattress comes with a 90 Day Love it or Leave It Guarantee! Meaning that at any point within those 90 days you don't like your mattress for whatever reason we'll come out and retrieve your mattress for free (out of state customers subject to shipping fees) and return your money to you. No restocking fees and no issuing of store credit. A full refund, back to you!

Recliners, Couches, Office Chairs, Massage Chairs and Inversion Tables

Any other furniture piece we sell comes with a 15 Day Love it or Leave It Guarantee! The day you receive your new piece of furniture you have 15 days to try it out, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we'll come out and retrieve it for free (out of state customers subject to shipping fees) and return your money to you. No restocking fees and no issuing of store credit. A full refund, back to you!

Seat Cushions, Lumbar Supports and other Small Products

Our small products come with a 10 Day Love it or Leave it Guarantee! From the day of purchase you have 10 days to try out your item, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item bring it back and receive a full refund! No restocking fees and no issuing of store credit. A full refund, back to you!

Out of State Customers

Ordering from out of state? We offer no sales tax to those purchasing from out of state!

Price Matching

The policy extends to matching prices on local retail competitors (within a 25-mile radius) and a handful of major online retailers (Tempur-Pedic, Inada, Positive Posture, Human Touch, Stressless). The main caveat is that price matching has to take place at the time you make the purchase, not after.

Non-Returnable Items

According to the State of California Health Laws, personal items cannot be re-sold by ANY retailer. Therefore, and bedding item (excluding mattresses) or products applied to the skin are non-returnable items. This includes sheets, pillows, bed wedges, back braces, hot/cold packs and biofreeze.

*Any item returned must be in 100% re-sellable condition. This includes all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return of damaged, worn or destroyed items. Returns on furniture will be processed after the piece has been picked up from the customer, not before.

Should you need to return your merchandise, please call 916-984-7771 to receive a Return Authorization Code (RA#) in order to expedite your return and ensure proper credit to your account.
With the exception of the products listed below, all items are returnable within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Refunds are issued one week after receipt of merchandise.
In the event of damaged merchandise or shipping error, a full refund including shipping charges, or an exchange, will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. Call tags are issued to the original shipping address.
Due to size, weight or adjustment periods, some items have specific return policies as shown below.
All returned products must be in the same condition with original packaging in which they were received. Merchandise we receive damaged may be non returnable or be assessed a restocking fee.

Mattresses

Tempur-Pedic fully warranties the return of their mattresses for a full 90 days after date of purchase. Due to the natural adjustment period, we request that you keep your new Tempur-Pedic mattress for a full 60 days prior to requesting a return. For questions about set-up or the adjustment period, please contact 916-984-7771. If at the end of the adjustment period, you wish to return the mattress, we will arrange for a pick-up upon issuing a Return Authorization Code. Please note that it takes a minimum of 21 business days following your request for refund before pick up of the mattress. Upon pick up of the mattress, your purchase price will be fully refunded(out of state customers subject to shipping fees).

Adjustable Bed Frames and Bases

Due to shipping and delivery cost considerations, adjustable bed frames, non-adjustable and adjustable (electric) bases are non-returnable.

Bedding

Due to health code limiting the resale of bedding items, pillows, mattress overlays, sheets, bed wedges, pillow covers and mattress protectors are non-returnable.

Personal Items

Personal accessories such as Neck Supports, Handheld massagers, Feet supports, Ice packs, Heat packs and pads are non-returnable.

Miscellaneous

Clearance/Sale items are final sale. Opened DVDs, Videos, CDs and Books may not be returned.

Return Instructions

  1. Please return your original invoice. Make a copy for your records. If you lost your invoice, email us at customerservice@ultimateback.com for a copy of your invoice.
  2. Please pack your products so they do not get scratched or damaged during shipping. All returned products must be in the same condition with original packaging in which they were received. Merchandise we receive damaged may be non returnable or be assessed a restocking fee. If you need boxes, please go to your nearest box store and purchase a box size that fits your product.
