Thank you for the wonderful service and understanding during our recent purchase of a Tempurpedic mattress and foundation. We had a problem with odor with the first mattress. On your advice we ventilated the room and did so for two weeks. You originally suggested would clear in a few days. After two weeks, you agreed to pick up the mattress and order another one. When it came it had very little odor. Thank you again for the great service and understanding in this effort to add value to our guest bedroom.

I think you could stress "deep-sleep" - the third stage of sound sleep. I do sleep more soundly on my Tempurpedic and I feel "level" - not slanting. That's very important to me.

We commend David at the Ultimate Back store on East Bidwell in Folsom for his professionalism, friendliness and excellent customer service. On September 11 we ordered an office chair from him. This was after shopping at both The Ultimate Back Store and Relax the Back. We returned to David and The Ultimate Back Store for two reasons: 1) his friendly knowledgeable service and 2) a better selection. When we returned to the store to pick up our chair, David went out of his way to obtain an operator's manual for us and go over the chair's operation with us to ensure we were comfortable and at ease with our purchase. As a result, we are now satisfied Ultimate Back Store customers, as well as converts from Relax the Back, where we used to shop.

Late in 1996 I suffered a serious lower back injury and was almost completely bedridden for about 7 months. I sought help from physicians, chiropractors and physical therapists.
